have a problem within 2 Years of your final invoice date, call us or
email at CustomerCare@dvdcabling and we will send a
technician. If the problem is due to our craftsmanship or failure of
parts we will replace parts / repair the problem at no extra charge.
If the problem is due to circumstances caused by customer
application, environment, misuse, rodents, destructive acts of
nature, or any other circumstances beyond our control, standard
material and labor charges will apply.
